XCN provided schematic and early-stage design support for a hyperscale data centre development structured around phased growth. The facility was designed to support high-density compute loads with a resilient power and cooling architecture, and a site strategy that allows additional phases to be brought online without disrupting the operational core.
The work focused on translating early client requirements and capacity planning targets into a coordinated infrastructure concept (power, cooling, BIM and site planning) that the wider delivery team could carry forward into detailed design with confidence.
